CT newspaper claims the Phoenix Mercury offered Geno Auriemma their vacant head coaching job.
CamrnCrz points out that there is no quote in the article from Seth or the Mercury actually indicating a job offer and that in fact, there was no job offer in the first place.
I'm more inclined to believe the latter version of events.
