Sparks hire Henry Bibby as head coach. I don't know much about him but everybody says he has a bad reputation. I don't particularly object to the Sparks hiring him ;) Is L.A afraid of hiring a female head coach? It's true they kept on hiring shit ones at the beginning.
Oregon hires Phil Brown as Associate Head Coach. Rumours were abound that Phil was looking at the Canberra head coaching job (probably going to Graf, see below). Oregon continues their close ties with Australia and Phil will get to coach two ex-AISers again in Eleanor Haring and Gabrielle Richards.
Carrie Graf will probably be head coach of the Canberra Capitals. I'm in two minds about this - I want Carrie to focus on Phoenix but if it means she can persuade LJ to play for Phoenix in the WNBA, I'm all for it!
Gary Fox named second assistant of the Opals. We have a shit head coach but two good assistants. Hopefully one of them will take over after 2006. On a related note, looks like Dandenong is set for a 3-peat considering the talent they have signed (Hammonds, O'Hea and MacLeod with the loss of Douglas and Ranford)

My skin is better, my hair has stopped falling out, I'm sleeping better and I'm not craving sugar and not having the highs and lows like I used to. I'm not bloating and its helped with fluid retention. As a multi-vitamin, its fantastic even before you add the weight reduction. The weight is coming off slowly but is now actually coming off! My friend bought a similar product at the same time with a lot less miligrams of acai berry and noticed no change. She then tried some of mine - what a difference. Be very careful of lower doses - they don't work. Poor food choices over the years depletes vitamin levels and we run on empty, it's reminded me that I'm doing the best for myself with these.
