I am so glad it's not one of the usual suspects (Ann Meyers, Nancy Lieberman, Carol Blazejowski etc etc). She apparently has good experience at negotiating TV deals and has a 'hard edged personality' which produces success. I'll be interested to see what new ideas she brings to the table and it's not really that hard to be more proactive than Val Ackerman.
