The Sting had a good win in Phoenix while SASS continued on their losing ways after a tough OT loss at home. SASS' problem is that their frontcourt is way too erratic and that Shannon Johnson isn't stepping up (that trade with the Sun is looking really good for the Sun at the moment). Hopefully Pee Wee has recovered from her cold and we'll see a battle of the Olympic point guards but I think TSB will have another monster game and SASS will struggle to find offence from someone not named Marie Ferdinand. Charlotte's slow style definitely doesn't suit SASS and SASS will have to quicken the tempo if they want to win.
New York 71 Seattle 66
I'm really only giving this one to NY because the game is being played at MSG and Seattle have never won at MSG. Yeah Seattle hadn't won at Arco either before this season but NY may feel a bit more motivated after dropping their last 2. Most entertaining matchup could be Baranova vs LJ. Wouldn't be that surprised to see the Storm win it though as Kamila and Sam are starting to warm up and a breakout game for LJ is on the cards soon (she usually gets better as the season goes on).

What, no comments on the Sun-Sparks boxing match yesterday? Thibault has to be happy with how his team played after the first 9:00 or so-- though at this rate they'll all end up in the hospital!
