Somebody WANTS Betty Lennox?

Interesting train of thought here about why Indy should have picked Betty Lennox over Deanna Jackson. "Interesting" but so very wrong. Yes, Betty provides "instant" offense but she's inconsistent, undersized, has an attitude problem and is a hot dog. If she was on Indy, Tamika and Nat wouldn't get many touches at all.
Telling Betty stat - second in FG attempts per 40 mins last year. Yes, she shot more than LJ (Claw was #1). When you consider Betty played less than HALF the minutes LJ did, that's an awful lot of shooting... at 37% from the field no less!
I'd be only too happy to trade Lennox straight up for DJ. I doubt Indy would it though.
BTW Anne, stay away from drafting and trading - you're a good coach but ugh... your drafting and trading record is crap!

I don't deny that Betty has talent. I still don't think she's the best option at 2 guard and I think Seattle could do better. Betty thinks she's the first option when in fact, she's the third.
As for Anne, her drafting and signing has improved a lot in 2005. As for the 2004 championship, she already had three out of five starters at the start of 2003 (including the key players Jackson and Bird) but I give her credit for getting the most out of Betty.
